About Me

Ciao Bella Jewelry and Bridal
My name is Michelle, I am the president of Ciao Bella Jewelry. A few things about me and the company: I attended Virginia Tech. After graduation, I married my college sweetheart and moved to Pittsburgh. I worked in the medical research field until my kids came along. When my second child was two, I became a stay at home mom. Which I loved! I began making mother's bracelets with a friend to keep myself busy, it was the fashion trend at the time. We began selling our items at craft fairs and then moved onto local stores.I did this for 5 years as K&M Designs. After spending a few months living in Europe, shopping for beads and stones I began putting a new twist into my designs. After returning home to the states I decided to open Ciao Bella Jewelry. My 5 year old daughter picked the name herself. While traveling through Italy all the Italian men marveled at her very blond hair and would always say Ciao Bella to her on the streets. She began to think Ciao Bella was her Italian name.
